Nyan cat - too tasty for his own good

All in on day

A friend of mine, Jessica Lockwood, and I went to the zoo and drew more there in one day than I've ever managed! Here's a majority of the drawings I produced.

I got a furious inspiration recently to re-draw something, anything, that I'd drawn when I was a kid.  The oldest stuff I could find was from high school, so I sifted through the books and I picked this one.  I'd forgotten how much comics had an influence on my early drawing years.  I'm still not super amazing with comic-style work since it's not what I do all the time, but it's still a lot of fun!

Feeling the summer-ness!

I didn't used to be much of a fanatic for summer, but as I acclimate to Portland I get more fond of it every year!
